Client Delivery · London, UK
Engagement Delivery Lead
You will run three or four concurrent engagements — typically 25 to 45 people spread across London, Jodhpur and Bengaluru, with a portfolio value of £1.5m to £4m a year. Half of that is time-and-materials, half fixed scope, and the fixed-scope half is where the judgement is needed. You are accountable for margin, for the client relationship at director level, and for telling us early when something is going wrong.
- Full-time — London office, with regular travel to client sites and two visits a year to Jodhpur or Bengaluru
- 8-12 years in software delivery, at least three of them accountable for commercial outcomes on fixed-scope work
- London, UK
The work
What you will do
- Run delivery across distributed teams with a 4.5-hour time overlap, including the working agreements that make that overlap useful rather than a status call.
- Own commercial performance per engagement: forecast versus actual effort, change control, and margin reported monthly.
- Hold weekly steering with client stakeholders and produce a written status that is honest about slippage in the week it happens.
- Manage scope changes properly — assess, price, agree in writing — rather than absorbing them and discovering the cost at the end.
- Run capacity and staffing plans with the practice leads, six to eight weeks ahead of need.
You
What we look for
- Delivery of at least three enterprise projects over £500k where you held the commercial line, not just the plan.
- Technical literacy sufficient to challenge an estimate and understand why a migration slipped, without pretending to be the architect.
- Experience running offshore or nearshore teams, including the failure modes — silent blockers, ambiguous acceptance criteria, review queues.
- Direct experience of a difficult client conversation about cost or date, handled without either capitulating or escalating.
- Right to work in the UK; UK financial services or public-sector delivery context is useful but not required.

Bengaluru, India · Full-time — hybrid, three days a week on site
Senior Backend Engineer (Java)
You will work on the settlement and ledger services behind Meridian Exchange's B2B marketplace: roughly 40 million ledger rows a month, Java 21 on Spring Boot, Postgres 16, Kafka for event fan-out. The interesting part is not new endpoints, it is correctness under load — idempotent writes, exactly-once effects on top of at-least-once delivery, and holding p99 write latency under 250 ms as the ledger grows.
Jodhpur, India · Full-time — on site
Platform Engineer, Kubernetes
Atmora runs more than 40 client workloads across EKS and AKS, from a nine-node cluster carrying Kestrel Industrial's shop-floor telemetry to a two-region active/passive setup for Corvus Logistics. You will own the internal platform those delivery teams deploy onto: the Terraform module library, the Argo CD app-of-apps layout, and the paved path that takes a service from merge to production in under 12 minutes.
London, UK · Full-time — London office, with four to six client-site days a month across the UK and EU
Principal Solutions Architect
Most of our UK work is legacy modernisation for regulated businesses: Cordage Bank moving a 22-year-old core banking periphery off a shared Oracle schema, Aldridge Risk replacing an overnight batch that had grown to 9 hours and 40 minutes against a 6-hour window. You will run discovery, decide the migration shape, and stay accountable for it once delivery starts — not hand over a slide deck and leave.
