Customer platform
A CRM your reps
actually update
Built for long sales cycles, negotiated pricing and field teams who work out of signal range. Quoting, forecasting and service tickets sit on the same customer record, so a renewal conversation starts with the open issues visible.

Overview
Pipeline, quoting and field sales for teams selling complex products.
CRM projects fail on data entry, not on features. This one is designed around the two minutes a rep will actually spend: two-tap call disposition, order capture on a phone with no connectivity, a quote built from a price book rather than a spreadsheet, and an approval that reaches the right manager without a chase. Managers get a forecast with commit categories and a week-on-week delta that shows which deals changed category without changing stage.
Territory rules, an SLA clock on first touch, duplicate detection on GSTIN and domain, and field-level permissions cover the governance side. It suits distributor networks, negotiated B2B pricing and field sales beats. If you sell one product through a self-serve checkout and your entire funnel is marketing automation, this is more CRM than you need and a lighter tool will serve you better.

Capabilities
What it does
Territory and assignment rules
Leads route by geography, product line, account tier or round robin, with an SLA clock on first touch and automatic reassignment to a second owner when that clock lapses.
Forecasting with commit categories
Reps set commit, best case and pipeline per opportunity. Managers see the roll-up, the week-on-week delta and which deals moved category without moving stage.
Quoting with an approval matrix
Build quotes from a price book with volume breaks, route discounts past a threshold to the right approver, and lock approved pricing for a stated validity period.
Field sales app that works offline
Beat plans, geo-tagged visit check-ins and order capture on a phone with no signal. Records sync when connectivity returns, with conflict resolution handled on the server.
Telephony and conversation logging
Click to call through Twilio or Exotel, recordings attached to the contact, disposition captured in two taps, and talk-time reporting by rep and by account tier.
Service tickets on the customer record
A support ticket sits on the account the sales team already looks at, so a renewal call opens with the outstanding issues visible rather than raised as a surprise.
Duplicate detection and data hygiene
Fuzzy matching on company name, GSTIN and email domain flags duplicates at the point of creation, and the merge tool keeps the surviving record's audit history intact.
Field-level permissions
Role-based access down to individual fields, so a channel partner user sees the opportunity but not the margin. Every change is written to an append-only audit log.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
- Can it handle distributor and dealer selling rather than direct?
Yes. Accounts carry a channel hierarchy, secondary sales can be captured against the dealer who actually sold the unit, and partner users get a restricted portal view with margin and cost fields hidden by the field-level permission model.
- What does the offline field app actually store on the device?
The rep's assigned accounts, the current price book, open orders and their beat plan for the next seven days, encrypted at rest. Writes queue locally and replay on reconnect; server-side conflict rules decide the winner and log both versions.
- How long does a migration from an existing CRM take?
For a single-instance source with clean account and contact data, six to ten weeks including deduplication, historical activity import and parallel running. Custom objects and heavily scripted automation extend that, and we scope those before quoting.
