Overview
Core HR, attendance, payroll and case management for distributed workforces.
HR software usually handles the salaried head office well and the shop floor badly. This one starts at the roster: publish by site and skill, see the projected wage cost before you commit, and catch a rest-period breach at the point of assignment rather than in an audit. Punches arrive from biometric devices, kiosk tablets or a geofenced mobile app, and exceptions queue to the line manager who can actually explain them instead of piling onto HR.
Payroll runs for 20,000 employees in under 15 minutes and re-runs a prior period with arrears computed when a backdated increment lands. Provident fund, ESI, professional tax, TDS and gratuity are calculated per employee with the arithmetic visible, and every write carries a user, timestamp and prior value. This is not a talent-branding or engagement suite. For a single-country team under 50 people, a spreadsheet and a payroll bureau will cost less than running this.

Capabilities
What it does
Rostering with cost preview
Publish rosters by site and skill, see the projected wage cost before you publish, and catch a shift that breaches your rest-period rule at the point of assignment.
Attendance capture with geofencing
Punches from biometric devices, kiosk tablets or a geofenced mobile app. Missed punches and location mismatches queue to the line manager rather than landing on HR.
Payroll with retrospective runs
Run payroll for 20,000 employees in under 15 minutes, then re-run a closed period with arrears computed automatically when a backdated increment or transfer lands.
Statutory computation with working shown
Provident fund, ESI, professional tax, TDS and gratuity computed per employee with each step visible, so an employee query takes minutes instead of a spreadsheet trail.
Leave and policy engine
Encode accrual, carry-forward caps, encashment and sandwich rules once. The engine applies them consistently instead of depending on one administrator's memory.
Onboarding checklists
Offer to first day in one flow: documents, background check status, asset allocation, account requests and a manager checklist showing what is still outstanding.
Exit and final settlement
Clearance across IT, finance and admin, with notice shortfall and unreturned assets computed into the final settlement rather than chased for weeks afterwards.
HR case management
Employees raise queries as tickets with categories, SLAs and escalation paths. Resolved answers build a knowledge base that cuts repeat questions on the same policy.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
- Can it run payroll for more than one country?
It runs multi-entity and multi-currency payroll with a separate statutory pack per country. India is the deepest, covering PF, ESI, PT, TDS and gratuity. Other geographies are configured as rule sets, and we tell you honestly during scoping which ones need work rather than promising coverage we do not have.
- Do we have to replace our biometric hardware?
No. It reads from common controllers over their standard protocols and can pull from an existing attendance middleware by scheduled file or API. Where a device only writes to a local database, we poll that database rather than asking you to rip out working hardware.
- Who can see salary data?
Access is role-based down to field level, so a line manager sees attendance and leave without pay components. Every read of a compensation field can be logged if you enable it, and an audit trail records the user, timestamp and prior value on every write.
