Terms of Use

Last updated 1 August 2026.

These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it you accept them. They do not govern any engagement with Atmora Tech Private Limited — that is covered by a separate written agreement, and where the two conflict, the engagement agreement takes precedence.

The content of this site, including its text, design, code and generated graphics, belongs to us or is used under licence. You may read, link to and quote from it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a model without written permission.

Client names, case study figures and outcome metrics shown on this site describe engagements as they were measured at the time. Figures are specific to those clients and their constraints, and are not a prediction of what a comparable engagement would achieve for you.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Technical opinions in our published writing describe what worked in a particular context; applying them to yours is a judgement you make, and we accept no liability for that decision.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This is placeholder wording provided as a drafting scaffold. It has not been reviewed by counsel and must be replaced with reviewed text before this site is published.

We reply within one working day, and the first call is with an engineer who would actually work on it — not an account manager. If we are not the right studio for the problem, we will say so on that call.
