Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 August 2026.

This policy explains how Atmora Tech Private Limited collects and handles personal data through this website and in the course of client engagements. It applies to visitors to this site, prospective clients, and candidates applying for roles with us.

We collect only what we need. From this website that is limited to the information you choose to send us — typically a name, an email address, and whatever you write in the body of your message. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not enrich what you send us against third-party data brokers.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client during an engagement, we do so as a processor under that client’s instructions and under a data processing agreement that names the purposes, the retention period and the sub-processors involved. We do not repurpose client data for our own analysis, model training or benchmarking.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted. Candidate records are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer. Engagement records are retained for the period set out in the relevant agreement, and typically for seven years where required for financial and contractual reasons.

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Requests go to the address below and are answered within one calendar month.

To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern about how your data has been handled, write to hello@atmoratech.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

We reply within one working day, and the first call is with an engineer who would actually work on it — not an account manager. If we are not the right studio for the problem, we will say so on that call.
