School administration runs on deadlines that do not move: the admission window, the fee due date, the exam timetable, the bus that has to leave at 07:10. This product is organised around those. Enquiries move through prospectus, entrance test, interview and offer with source reporting that shows which campaign actually filled seats. Timetables are generated against teacher load limits, lab availability and subject combinations, then edited by hand where the constraints disagree with each other.
Fees carry heads, transport slabs, sibling and staff concessions and instalment plans with their own due dates, and online payments reconcile against the ledger including failed and reversed transactions. Parents get circulars, dues, attendance and report cards in one app with read receipts on notices. This is school operations, not a learning platform: it schedules and records teaching rather than delivering it. A single campus of under 200 students will get more value from a fee collection tool and a shared calendar.

Questions we get asked
- Can one installation run several campuses under a trust?
Yes. Campuses share the trust's chart of accounts, staff directory and reporting while keeping their own fee structures, timetables, academic calendars and grading schemes. Trust-level dashboards roll up collections, strength and staff ratios without merging the operational data.
- What happens at the start of a new academic year?
A promotion run moves students by section with retention and transfer cases handled individually, carries forward outstanding dues, and clones the fee structure for editing rather than rebuilding it. Last year's data stays queryable for transfer certificates and alumni records.
- Does it teach or deliver content?
No. It schedules, records and bills for teaching. Content delivery belongs in Google Classroom or Moodle, both of which it integrates with so rosters and sections stay in step. Buying this expecting a learning management system would be a mistake.
